Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is supplied by USPS. We only ship to US customers with a USA shipping address. Once your order has been packaged and ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number, which can be tracked via the USPS website. New orders are typically packaged and ready for shipment within 48-72 hours of ordering. Once shipped, your order will take approximately 4-14 days to be delivered.

Shipping rates vary anywhere from $2.00 up to $10.00 (typical package shipping rate below $5.00) all shipping is through U.S.P.S.

Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty, (Imperial Atomizer not covered under warranty) giving you the peace of mind that should your Imperial Smoke products purchased from Fleck Distributions need repair or replacement within the first year of purchase you will receive this service free of charge.
